The short answer

  • Starting points in CorPro's estimator (per vehicle): door lettering/decals about $475, partial wraps about $3,200, half wraps about $4,800, and full wraps about $6,800. Size and complexity of the vehicle change the final price.
  • Fleets save: volume pricing starts at 3 vehicles (about 10% off), with deeper discounts at 5 and 10 vehicles.
  • Full wraps deliver the most impact and can protect the paint; lettering is the most affordable way to put your name and number on a vehicle.
  • Quality wraps use cast vinyl (such as 3M or Avery) designed to conform to curves and remove cleanly at the end of its life.

Lettering and decals

Cut-vinyl lettering and logo decals — company name, phone number, website, and DOT numbers — are the most affordable way to brand a work vehicle. They are quick to produce and install, easy to update, and a smart choice for large fleets that mainly need consistent identification.

In our estimator, lettering and decal packages start around $475 per vehicle.

Partial and half wraps

A partial wrap covers a portion of the vehicle — often the rear doors and back half of the sides — with printed graphics that blend into the vehicle's paint color. Done well, it looks like a full wrap from many angles at a significantly lower cost.

Partial wraps start around $3,200 and half wraps around $4,800 in our estimator. They are a popular middle ground for service companies, contractors, and delivery vans.

Full wraps

A full wrap covers the painted surfaces of the vehicle with printed, laminated vinyl. It allows photography, bold color changes, and complete design freedom — the Aurelio's Pizza box truck and the Winnebago County Sheriff's outreach vehicles on our portfolio are good examples.

Full wraps start around $6,800 in our estimator, depending on vehicle size and body complexity. Box trucks, trailers, and large vans have more surface area; vehicles with deep recesses and complex curves take more installation time.

A wrap also helps protect the original paint underneath from minor scratches and sun exposure, which can help resale value when the wrap is professionally removed.

Materials and durability

We print vehicle graphics on cast vinyl from manufacturers such as 3M and Avery, then laminate them. Cast films are engineered to stretch over curves and rivets without shrinking back, and to remove cleanly. Manufacturers commonly rate cast wrap films for several years of outdoor use; actual life depends on sun exposure, washing, and storage.

Avoid pressure-washing edges and seams, hand-wash when possible, and park out of direct sun when you can to extend the life of the graphics.

Fleet graphics: consistency and scheduling

For fleets, the biggest wins are consistency and planning. We create one master design that adapts to each vehicle type so every truck and van looks like part of the same brand. Our estimator applies volume pricing starting at 3 vehicles, with larger discounts at 5 and 10.

We schedule fleet installs in batches so only part of your fleet is out of service at a time. Public-safety and municipal fleets — like the Winnebago County Sheriff's vehicles — often add reflective materials and seasonal or campaign graphics.

Which option is right for you?

Choose lettering if you need clear identification on many vehicles at the lowest cost.

Choose a partial or half wrap if you want a branded, high-impact look on a moderate budget.

Choose a full wrap if the vehicle is a primary marketing tool, you want photography or a color change, or you want to protect the paint.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a full vehicle wrap cost?
It depends on the vehicle's size and body complexity. CorPro's estimator starts full wraps at about $6,800 per vehicle, with fleet discounts starting at 3 vehicles.
Is a partial wrap worth it?
Often, yes. A well-designed partial wrap blends printed graphics into the vehicle's paint color and delivers much of the impact of a full wrap at a lower cost.
Will a wrap damage my paint?
A professionally installed and removed cast-vinyl wrap is designed to come off cleanly on factory paint in good condition. Damaged, repainted, or poorly cured paint can be at risk during removal.
Do you offer fleet discounts?
Yes. Volume pricing starts at 3 vehicles, with larger discounts at 5 and 10 vehicles.
