Our process
From first measurement to final walkthrough.

Spec & site survey
We walk the building with you, document every sign location, and confirm mounting surfaces, ceiling heights, and code requirements before quoting.
- 02
Design & coordination
Our designers work directly with your architect or interior designer when needed. For ADA work, we verify Grade 2 braille, contrast ratios, and mounting heights against the current ANSI standard.
- 03
Fabrication
Most pieces are fabricated in our Loves Park shop. Architectural-scale brass, stainless, or cast bronze runs through partner fabricators we've worked with for years.
- 04
Install
Our crew handles drilling, anchoring, leveling, and electrical hookup for illuminated pieces. For donor walls and modular systems, we install the framework and provide a panel-replacement kit so updates stay in-house.
- 05
Documentation
You get a final install package: as-built drawings, ADA compliance documentation, and a maintenance guide. Useful for facilities teams and future inspections.

- Yes. Every ADA piece we make is built to ANSI/ICC A117.1 with Grade 2 braille, raised tactile copy, and the correct character height for the mounting location. We document compliance on the final install drawing.
- A typical office or school package — lobby sign, conference rooms, ADA room IDs, wayfinding — is 4–6 weeks from approved artwork. We can phase installs so the lobby goes up first if you have an opening or event.
- Yes. Send us your brand guide and existing sign specifications. We've matched everything from corporate Pantones to historical bronze dedication plaque styles, including expanding a donor wall years after the original install.
- All the time. Send us the design intent or signage schedule and we'll work directly with the project team to keep specifications, mounting drawings, and color callouts consistent.
