Overview

A lightbox display upgrades a static graphic into something the eye can't ignore. The uniform LED backlight through printed tension fabric produces a glow that's brighter than ambient light in a retail store or trade show booth — which is exactly the point. It's the difference between a graphic you see and a graphic you can't look away from.

We build on the Orbus Formulate Backlit platform. Aluminum extrusion frames house edge-lit LED strips that push light evenly across a tension-fabric graphic. Portable configurations for trade show booths (sets up in 30 minutes, packs into a rolling case). Wall-mounted permanent versions for retail interiors, hospitality lobbies, and corporate lobby feature walls.

Our process

How CorPro produces and installs lightbox displays.

  1. 01

    Application consult

Trade show vs. retail vs. corporate lobby — different lighting spec, different mounting, different sizing.

  2. 02

    Design + proof

Backlit graphics need slightly different dot gain than front-lit; we handle the file prep and show you the proof under simulated backlight.

  3. 03

    Print + build

Print, tension-fit graphic, assemble frame with LED array, QC full illumination in our shop before shipping or install.

  4. 04

    Ship or install

Portable configurations ship in a rolling case. Wall-mount configurations we can install on-site within the greater Rockford region.

FAQ

Lightbox Displays — common questions.

Not seeing your question? The fastest way to get an answer is the quote form — we usually respond within a business day.

Can I reprint just the graphic later?
Yes — that's the biggest reason to invest in a lightbox over a static print. The frame and LED array last 10+ years; the graphic is the reprint item.
How bright are they?
Bright enough to be legible in a fully-lit retail store or trade show hall (typically 800–1200 lumens per square meter through the fabric). Dimmable if you need less.
Do they get hot?
LEDs run cool — the frame is warm to the touch after hours of run time, never hot. Rated for continuous 24/7 operation.
What's the lead time?
3–4 weeks for a first-time build. Reprint graphics for existing hardware: 5–7 business days.

Lightbox Displays, made local.

When a static graphic isn't enough. Send us the location (retail, booth, lobby) and the size, and we'll spec the lightbox.
