Overview

Trade show and event graphics work as a system. A great booth and a mismatched banner stand read as two brands. A coordinated 10×10 pop-up, matching table throw, backwall, and retractable banner stand read as one company that has its act together — and that's the difference between a good show and a great one.

We build event kits on Orbus, Formulate, and Xclaim modular hardware — the same platforms most Fortune 500 trade show programs run on — and pair the hardware with our own in-house dye-sub printed graphics. That means one shop for design, print, hardware, and shipping. When the graphics change, you keep the hardware. When the hardware upgrades, we can print new graphics to fit.

Our process

From first measurement to final walkthrough.

  1. 01

    Kit consultation

We talk through your show calendar (one-time launch vs. quarterly recurring), booth footprint (10×10 vs. island), and message priorities. Then we spec the hardware and graphics as a system.

  2. 02

    Design + proof

You see every piece — booth, backwall, banner stands, table throw, tent — laid out together so the kit reads coordinated before anything gets printed.

  3. 03

    Print + build

Dye-sub printing in our shop for full color saturation. Orbus hardware ships direct to us for assembly and QC before it goes to you.

  4. 04

    Ship + set up

Wheeled travel cases sized so your team can transport everything in one or two cases. Setup instructions included; we can send a rep to walk the booth on setup day for larger shows.

  5. 05

    Graphics refresh

When your message changes, you keep the hardware — we just print new graphics that install in minutes. Hardware typically lasts 5–7+ years of regular show use.

FAQ

Common questions about trade show & event solutions.

If you don't see your question here, the fastest way to get an answer is the quote form — we usually respond within a business day.

What's the lead time?
2–3 weeks for a standard kit (booth + backwall + banner stands + throw). Rush is possible (1 week) for time-critical shows. Custom or oversized configurations run 3–4 weeks.
How long does the hardware last?
Orbus tension-fabric booths, backwalls, and banner stands are rated for 5–7+ years of regular use. Aluminum frames are effectively lifetime; graphics are the wear item and can be reprinted.
Can I re-print just the graphics?
Yes — that's the whole point of modular hardware. Rebrand? New product launch? New show theme? We just print new graphics to fit the hardware you already own.
Do you ship direct to the show?
Yes. We can ship advance-to-warehouse or direct-to-show. Most kits ship in wheeled cases sized for airline check-in.
What if I've never done a booth before?
Common. We walk you through 10×10 vs. 10×20, what a 'kit' should actually include, and what your team needs on setup day. Most first-timers spec more than they need — we help you right-size.
Are you an Orbus authorized dealer?
Yes — we source hardware direct from Orbus at dealer pricing, which we pass through. That's why our numbers on 10×10 booths and banner stands are consistently below the online-only distributors.

Trade Show & Event Solutions, made local.

Whether it's your first trade show or your fifteenth, the ROI comes from the booth looking like a real brand — not a rented one. Tell us your show calendar and footprint and we'll spec the kit.
