Who we are

CorPro Visual is a sign and graphics company at 6419 Material Ave, Loves Park, IL 61111, and part of the Interstate Graphics family of companies. This policy covers www.corprovisual.com.

What we collect

Information you send us: when you use the contact form, the quote request form, or the AI Visualizer, we collect what you enter — such as your name, company, email address, phone number, project location and details — plus any photos, logos, or files you upload.

Usage information: like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage data (pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address) through Vercel Web Analytics and, when enabled, Google Analytics 4.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and deliver and install your project.

To keep a backup record of inquiries so no request is lost, and to alert our sales team (by email and Microsoft Teams) when a new request arrives.

To understand how the website is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site and handle your requests: Vercel (hosting, analytics, and lead backup storage), Resend (email delivery), Microsoft (Teams notifications and email), and Google (Analytics). If you use the AI Visualizer, your uploaded photo and logo are sent to an AI image provider (such as OpenAI) to generate the preview.

These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.

Cookies

Google Analytics, when enabled, uses cookies to distinguish visitors. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us. Email web@corprovisual.com or call 815-633-1201.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
