Vehicle & Fleet Graphics
A wrap is the cheapest ad space you already own. We design it, print it on 3M or Avery cast vinyl, and install it — all in our Loves Park shop.
Overview
Vehicle graphics deliver more impressions per dollar than almost anything else we do. A van in Rockford racks up 30,000–70,000 daily impressions per 3M's industry studies, and every mile is free advertising for years. Full wrap, partial, or just door lettering — the math is the same: it pays itself back inside the first year.
We handle everything under one roof. Design in-house so the vehicle template is accurate to your make and model. Printing on our HP Latex platform at 1200dpi with 3M or Avery cast vinyl (not the calendered stuff that peels in two winters). Prep and install in our climate-controlled shop by installers who've been wrapping trucks for years — Sheriff transport coaches, Aurelio's Pizza box trucks, Prairie Street Brewing delivery vans, WCSO patriotic Tahoes.

Our process
From first measurement to final walkthrough.
- 01
Design consultation
Brand, budget, and coverage. Full wraps versus partial wraps are usually a budget conversation more than a design one — we help right-size the coverage to the impressions you're actually chasing.
- 02
Vehicle template + proof
Vehicle-accurate templates from make/model/year data. What you approve on the proof is what gets printed. Two rounds of revision included.
- 03
Print + laminate
HP Latex 1200dpi print on 3M or Avery cast vinyl, then over-laminated for UV and abrasion protection. Cured in-shop before install.
- 04
Prep + install
Vehicle stays with us 1–3 days depending on coverage. Wash, prep, and install in a climate-controlled bay — panel gaps, door jambs, mirror caps included where visible.
- 05
Post-cure inspection
You pick up 24 hours after install so the vinyl fully post-cures. We walk every panel with you before you drive off.

FAQ
Common questions about vehicle & fleet graphics.
If you don't see your question here, the fastest way to get an answer is the quote form — we usually respond within a business day.
- 5–7 years is typical on 3M IJ180Cv3 or Avery MPI 1105 with a clear over-laminate. Garaged vehicles hold up better; south-facing panels fade first.
- No — assuming your paint is factory OEM in good shape. Cast vinyl comes off clean at end of life. We inspect and note any risk areas before install.
- Yes. Most fleets can't afford to have every truck off the road at once, so we run rolling installs — one or two vehicles at a time until the whole fleet matches.
- Yes — check your lease terms first (some lessors restrict wraps, most don't). Cast vinyl removes cleanly at lease return without damaging the paint.
- Case by case. If you have printed wrap panels from another vendor, we can usually install them — but the warranty on the material stays with whoever printed it. We generally recommend end-to-end for cleanest accountability.
