Vehicle Wraps & Fleet Graphics
A wrap is the cheapest ad space you already own. We design it, print it on premium cast vinyl, and install it — all at our Loves Park shop.
Best for
Overview
A vehicle wrap is a rolling billboard that pays for itself on the drive to the first job. Studies from 3M and industry surveys peg impressions at 30,000–70,000 per day for a van in a mid-size metro — and every mile the vehicle drives is free advertising for years.
We've wrapped everything from Sheriff patriotic patrol Tahoes to Prairie Street Brewing's delivery vans, Aurelio's Pizza box trucks, and Winnebago County Sheriff transport coaches. Design, printing on Avery / 3M cast vinyl (the good stuff — not the calendered vinyl that peels in two years), prep, and install all happen in our Loves Park shop.
What we make
Every variation of vehicle wraps & fleet graphics we produce.
Coverage tiers
- Decals & cutout lettering — door graphics, phone number, USDOT, service list
- Partial wrap — doors + rear panel, or half a side, ~30% coverage
- Half wrap — cab + half the box, or one full side, ~50% coverage
- Full wrap — every visible panel, edge to edge (the "you can't look away" version)
- Color change wrap — solid or matte finish, no printed graphics
Vehicle types we handle
- Cargo vans (Ford Transit, Chevy Express, Mercedes Sprinter)
- Pickups and F-series work trucks
- Box trucks (Isuzu, Hino, Freightliner)
- SUVs and sedans (dealership, service, executive fleet)
- Trailers (single-axle through 53-foot enclosed)
- Municipal / emergency (patrol vehicles, transport coaches, buses)
Fleet programs
- Volume pricing at 3, 5, and 10+ vehicles
- Consistent brand identity across every truck
- Rolling install schedule to keep the fleet operational
- Wrap warranty tracking + re-print files retained on file
- Multi-year fleet refresh programs
Our process
How CorPro produces and installs vehicle wraps & fleet graphics.
- 01
Design consultation
We talk through the brand, the vehicle, and how visible you want to be. Full wrap versus partial is usually a budget question more than a design question.
- 02
Vehicle template + proof
We use vehicle-specific templates (accurate to your make/model/year) so what you approve is what gets printed. Two rounds of proof included.
- 03
Print on cast vinyl
Printed on our HP Latex platform, 1200dpi, laminated with 3M or Avery clear over-laminate for UV and abrasion protection.
- 04
Prep + install at our shop
Vehicle stays with us 1–3 days depending on coverage. We wash, prep, and install in a controlled shop environment — not a parking lot in November. Panel gaps, door jambs, and mirror caps included where visible.
- 05
Post-cure inspection
You pick it up 24 hours after install so the vinyl fully post-cures. We walk every panel with you before you drive off.

FAQ
Vehicle Wraps & Fleet Graphics — common questions.
Not seeing your question? The fastest way to get an answer is the quote form — we usually respond within a business day.
- 5–7 years is typical on 3M IJ180Cv3 or Avery MPI 1105 with a clear over-laminate. Garaged vehicles hold up better than fleet trucks that live outside; south-facing panels fade first. Warranty details vary by material.
- No — assuming your paint is factory OEM in good shape (not a repaint or heavily oxidized). Cast vinyl is designed to come off clean at end of life. We inspect and note any risk areas before install.
- Decals = door lettering / cutout graphics only. Partial = doors + rear panel or a portion of one side, ~30% surface coverage. Half = one full side or cab + half the box, ~50% coverage. Full = every visible panel wrapped edge to edge.
- Yes — 10% off at 3+ vehicles, 15% off at 5+, 20% off at 10+ on the same wrap spec. Applies to matched fleet identity, not one-off custom designs per vehicle.
- Absolutely. Removal is typically half a day per vehicle. A re-wrap on a previously-wrapped vehicle is a great time to refresh brand identity — you get five to seven more years out of the same rolling ad space.
- 1 day for a partial, 2 days for a half, 2–3 days for a full wrap. We schedule to keep your vehicle operational — drop off Monday morning, pick up Tuesday or Wednesday.
