Overview

A trade show booth is judged in the first three seconds a stranger walks by. Legibility from the aisle, coordinated branding across every piece, and no visible seams or wrinkles are the difference between the booth that gets stopped at and the one that gets walked past.

We build booths on the Orbus Formulate and Formulate Master platforms — the modular tension-fabric standard that runs the majority of Fortune 500 trade show programs. Aluminum extrusion frames. Machine-washable dye-sub printed fabric graphics. Wheeled travel cases sized for airline check-in. And graphics you can re-print when the message changes without buying new hardware.

Our process

How CorPro produces and installs trade show booths — 10×10, 10×20, and island.

  1. 01

    Kit consultation

Show calendar, booth footprint, and message priorities. Then we spec the hardware and graphics as a system.

  2. 02

    Design + proof

Booth, backwall, banner stands, and counter shown together so the whole kit reads coordinated before print.

  3. 03

    Print + build

Dye-sub printing in our shop for color saturation; Orbus hardware ships to us for assembly and QC.

  4. 04

    Ship + set up

Wheeled case shipped to you or advance-to-warehouse at the show. Setup instructions included; we can send a rep for larger shows.

  5. 05

    Graphics refresh

New message? Rebrand? We print new graphics that install in minutes — you keep the hardware.

FAQ

Trade Show Booths — 10×10, 10×20, and Island — common questions.

Not seeing your question? The fastest way to get an answer is the quote form — we usually respond within a business day.

What's the lead time?
2–3 weeks for a standard 10×10 kit. Rush is possible (1 week) for time-critical shows.
Do you rent booths?
Yes — rental is a good fit for one-time shows or first-time exhibitors. We can also do rent-then-buy so the rental fee applies toward purchase if you decide to keep it.
How long does hardware last?
5–7+ years of regular show use. Aluminum frames are essentially lifetime; the printed graphics are the wear item.
Can I reuse the booth graphics with different hardware later?
In most cases yes — Orbus modular sizes are standardized. If you upgrade from a 10×10 to a 10×20, the 10×10 graphics can often become part of the larger kit.
