Pylon signs are the largest, most engineered exterior signs we install. Tall pole-mounted cabinets with full-color LED message screens for retail centers, dealerships, healthcare campuses, and multi-tenant developments — they're the sign you read from the highway.
Our pylon work includes Maurer Real Estate Group (multi-tenant cabinet with Victorian-styled top and LED message screen), Crusader Community Health (health pylon with LED temperature display), Gustafson's (full-color LED message center on retail pylon), and Subway's drive-thru pylon. Every install is engineered for wind load, frost-line footing, and the right LED display class for the viewing distance.
We also offer service contracts for ongoing LED message-center content management — useful for retail centers and health campuses that need regular promotional or community-message updates.

Our process
How CorPro produces and installs pylon signs & led message centers.
- 01
Site survey + utility locate
We survey the site, locate utilities, check setbacks, and assess sight lines from the road. For drive-thrus, we also model traffic-flow visibility.
- 02
Engineering + permit
Pylon engineering covers pole structure, footing depth, wind load, and electrical service. We pull the permit and coordinate utility hookup.
- 03
Footing + pole install
Concrete footing is poured to the engineered depth (often 8–12 feet for tall pylons) and cured. Pole goes up with a crane.
- 04
Cabinet + LED install
Cabinet is mounted, faces are installed, LED message center is integrated and commissioned. Electrical hookup is coordinated with your utility.
- 05
Training + handoff
Content management software training, as-built drawings, warranty documentation, and (for service contract clients) a quarterly check-in schedule.

- Yes — service contracts typically run monthly. We schedule promotional, seasonal, and community-message content and coordinate any urgent changes. Useful for retail centers and health campuses.
- Pylon installs are 8–12 weeks from approved spec. Most of it is permitting (pylons trigger setback and engineered-drawing review) and footing cure. Weather affects scheduling November–March.
- Yes. We service and repair pylon LED message centers from any manufacturer, including diagnostic work, module replacement, and content recovery. Send a photo and we'll quote.
